Our staff
Most of our staff hold an NVQ level 3 in Child Care and Education, with one staff member holding a degree in Early Years and teacher status, one staff member holding a degree in Early Years and one staff member holding an NVQ level 4 in Child Care and Education.
All our staff are DBS checked through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
We are firm believers in investing in our staff. Staff are actively encouraged to further their knowledge and skills in childcare.
Our staff are required to work within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum framework, regulated by OFSTED and the nursery’s strict company policies and procedures.
