All of our staff hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education. In addition, one member of staff holds a degree in Early Years Education and Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), one member of staff holds a degree in Early Years Education, and one member of staff holds a Level 4 Diploma.

All staff undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and must receive clearance before commencing employment with the nursery.

We firmly believe in investing in our staff, and they are actively encouraged to further develop their skills, knowledge and professional qualifications within the early years sector.

Our staff are required to work in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework, as regulated by Ofsted, together with the nursery’s comprehensive policies and procedures.
